食物豁免申请

USA Dining (爱玛客) is the exclusive food service provider for the campus. In the event that USA Dining cannot accommodate the catering needs of a department, group, or organization, a 食物豁免 may be requested.  Food served 在校园 may not be purchased from, donated, or sold by another vendor without an approved 食物豁免.  If you wish to use an off-campus caterer to provide or sell food 在校园 or give away donated food that was not purchased from USA Dining, you must first obtain a 食物豁免.

提交 食物豁免申请 不保证获得批准.  A 食物豁免申请 must be submitted 14 days prior to the event.

An approved 食物豁免 must be visibly displayed at every event when not catered by USA Dining. 

酒类服务申请

USA Dining (爱玛客) is the exclusive provider for all alcoholic beverage service 在校园.  All procedures for service of alcoholic beverages will be strictly enforced. If you are requesting alcohol service outside of a licensed area of campus listed below, please contact USA Dining a minimum of 90 days prior to the event to allow sufficient time for a special event license to be obtained.

The following licensed areas do not require a 90-day advance notice to request alcohol 服务:
